Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for WorkLyn subscriptions. Payments for WorkLyn are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

1. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Pricing is shown on our Pricing page.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first payment for a new subscription.

3. Renewal charges

Recurring renewal charges after the first payment are generally non-refundable. Because you can cancel at any time before a renewal to avoid being charged, we recommend cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue. We will consider refunds for renewal charges on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law or in cases of clear error (for example, duplicate charges or a verified service outage).

4. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s billing settings, or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Cancelling does not automatically generate a refund for the current period.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@worklyn.tech with the email address associated with your account and, if available, your Paddle order or receipt number. Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Non-refundable items

  • Renewal charges outside the circumstances described above;
  • Partial or unused portions of a billing period after cancellation;
  • Custom or enterprise agreements, which are governed by their own written terms.

7. Free tier and trials

Any free tier or trial is provided at no cost and is not eligible for a refund. You will only be charged if you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at support@worklyn.tech so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
